Pearl Morissette earns two stars on a Niagara farm.
Daniel Hadida and Eric Robertson cook a menu decided by the day’s harvest, and the 2026 guide rates them at two stars.
This is the long way indeed: 3953 Jordan Rd., Lincoln, in the Niagara region. The 2026 MICHELIN Guide Canada describes a 42-acre destination with restaurant, winery, orchard, farm and bakery, and rates it two stars.
Situated on a 42-acre regenerative farm and working vineyard in the Niagara Escarpment, Pearl Morissette welcomes guests into a striking pitch-black timber barn overlooking fruit orchards, heritage pig pastures, and low-trellised vines.
Co-chefs Daniel Hadida and Eric Robertson craft an unwritten multi-course menu dictated purely by daily harvests: heritage root vegetables braised in orchard vine coals, line-caught Georgian Bay whitefish poached in beeswax, and sourdough made from stone-milled Red Fife wheat.
The airy upper-level dining room is furnished with minimalist handcrafted Canadian walnut tables; diners watch the sunset over the vineyards while vigneron François Morissette's unfiltered, low-intervention wines and natural ciders are poured.
Holding two MICHELIN stars in the 2026 Canada guide, Pearl Morissette is Canada's definitive farm-to-table pilgrimage, proving that world-class dining begins with healthy regenerative soil.
