Noda proves omakase can be glamorous and strict at once.

Designed by Ken Fulk, Noda greets diners through a discreet velvet curtain into a circular jewel-box room centered around a dramatic 10-seat semicircular counter beneath a golden dome.

Master Chef Shigeyuki Tsunoda commands the counter: golden Kaluga caviar atop warm steamed abalone, Hokkaido uni handrolls wrapped in crisp nori, and dry-aged otoro brushed with aged nikiri.

Sensual, glamorous, and deeply intimate; custom cocktail pairings and bespoke glassware elevate the omakase into an evening of sheer Manhattan luxury.

Noda demonstrates that omakase can embrace theatrical glamour and architectural drama without sacrificing an ounce of sushi purism.
