Genesis House serves royal Korean cooking by the Hudson.

A dining room on Tenth Avenue, cooking developed with Seoul’s Onjium institute.

Perched on the second floor of Genesis House overlooking the Hudson River, diners enter a serene architectural pavilion of blonde oak and acoustic fabric inspired by traditional Korean hanok design.

In collaboration with Seoul's Onjium culinary institute: royal surasang banquet spreads, slow-braised abalone in pine nut broth, and seasonal banchan fermented with ancestral jangs.

Tranquil and dignified; floor-to-ceiling glass offers calm sunset river vistas while servers narrate the centuries-old royal origins of each seasonal course.

Genesis House provides Manhattan with unprecedented access to Korean royal court heritage, bridging culinary anthropology with exquisite hospitality.
